Human Resources department is based in Madrid and gives support to all our offices worldwide. Our team is formed by professionals in HR administration, Labour Relationships and Talent, commited to partner our Business areas in their gorwth.

We are currently looking for a HR Generalist Specialist who´s mains duties and responsibilities will be:

• Onboarding. Preparing contracts with our outsourced advisor, managing all tools and IT pack for the new employee. Welcome new employees on first date, ensuring they receive all information needed.
• Responsible for HR database, ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assisting with monthly payroll from different countries, ensuring complete and timely processing, resolving any issues in collaboration with outsourced payroll provider and according to our internal schedule and deadlines.
• Guarantee the correct and efficient control of administrative processes concerning the personnel’s management.
• Assist in the control of projects related with legal requirements in each country.
• Manage the employee benefits scheme (different providers in each country).
• Provide support in monthly reporting according to established needs.
• Manage training, specially with FUNDAE and our training advisor.
• Other tasks and objectives inherent to the HR department.

Education

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor relations or any related field.
• Level of English B2 (professional working proficiency B2).
• At least 1-3 years of work experience in Human Resources
