At Enertis Applus+, we are looking for a Site Manager to join our Engineering team, reporting directly to the Project Manager Owner Engineering.
Actualmente buscamos profesionales que se incorporen con nosotros/as como Site Manager en Omán. Entre sus funciones principales destacan:¿Qué necesitamos? • Formación en Ingeniería, siendo muy valorable la especialización eléctrica. • Experiencia en la Supervisión de la Calidad en Obra fotovoltaica: Baja y Media Tensión. Adicionalmente, muy valorable la experiencia en BESS. • Buen nivel de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Power Point….). • Buen nivel de inglés, el trabajo se desarrolla de forma cotidiana en ese idioma. • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de Site Manager en obras fotovoltaicas. Valorable experiencia en proyectos y Utility Scale en Oriente Medio. • El proyecto se desarrolla íntegramente en obra (Oman).
🛠️ What will you do?
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Organize and direct construction work, materials and machinery, and control production costs.
• Client communication.
• Project management and supervision.
• Team management and leadership.
• Production planning.
• Project financial management and supervision.
• Purchasing and supply control.
🎯 What are we looking for?

Engineering degree, with electrical specialization highly valued.
Experience in Quality Supervision of photovoltaic projects: Low and Medium Voltage. Experience with BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) is also highly valued.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Good command of English, as the work is conducted daily in English.
At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in photovoltaic projects. Experience with projects and Utility Scale projects in the Middle East is a plus.
The project is being carried out entirely on-site (Oman).
