At Enertis Applus+, we are looking for an O&M Manager to join one of our projects 
in Australia.
🛠️ What will you do?
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of solar PV plants across the region supported by the Site Supervisor.
 - Ensure high plant availability and performance through preventive and corrective maintenance.
 - Lead and supervise regional O&M teams.
 - Develop and implement monitoring protocols and reporting systems.
 - Ensure the annual preventive maintenance (PAM) is performed by the O&M Contractor as planned and with appropriate quality. Ensure spare parts inventory, tools, and logistics for field operations.
 - Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
 - Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
 - Coordinate with engineering, asset management, and customer service teams.
 - Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
 - Identify and implement technical improvements and best practices.
 
🎯 What are we looking for?

- Familiarity with EPC/O&M contract structures and their implications for Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field).
 - 5+ years of experience in solar PV operations and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
 - Strong knowledge of PV system components, SCADA, and monitoring platforms.
 - Proven leadership and team management skills.
 - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
 - Willingness to travel frequently within the region P
