At Enertis Applus+, we are looking for a QAQC Supervisor to join our Engineering team, to lead one of our projects in Puerto Rico.

🛠️ What will you do?

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Among the main responsibilities, the selected candidate will perform the following tasks:

  • Ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Monitor and report all activities, processes, and procedures.
  • Develop internal audit tools and carry out internal audits and reports.
  • Determine data-based solutions and follow up on the implementation of quality improvement plans.
  • Conduct inspections and periodic reviews to ensure that the contractor complies with quality and safety policies.
  • Prepare and maintain organized quality management documentation.
  • Manage and update information on the Project’s SharePoint.
  • Monitor compliance with dossier progress.
  • Implement tools that ensure quality control and assurance in processes, reports, records, and certificates.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in the execution and presentation of tests and trials that validate multidisciplinary construction stages.
  • Understand, promote, and disseminate compliance with the policies, regulations, procedures, and standards of the CTG Latam Management System.
  • Participate in the investigation of project accidents and incidents.
  • Define strategies to monitor and ensure compliance with the project’s Quality Plan.

• Professional in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) with a postgraduate degree in project management.
• Must hold a valid professional license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
• Total experience as a QA/QC Coordinator: 5 years in supervisory and/or coordination roles within Quality Systems for projects in the industrial sector.
• Specific experience for the position: 3 years as an inspector or auditor in industrial sectors, preferably in the electrical and/or hydrocarbons sector. This experience will be counted from the start of professional practice under a valid professional license.
